Sheila MacNeill is Assistant Director with JISC CETIS, based in the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. JISC CETIS, the Centre for Educational Technology and Interoperability Standards, provides advice to the UK Higher and Post-16 Education sectors on educational technology and standards (http://jisc.cetis.ac.uk//about).
Currently, her main areas of work evolve around curriculum design and delivery, developing distributed learning environments, open educational resources and the use and development of technology and standards in general to enhance all aspects of teaching and learning.
