The Quality Lab is committed to optimize the functioning of the UOC online learning environment by:

- Supporting a range of services whose main purpose is to maintain and improve the already operative UOC online learning environment as well as to assist its users.
- Solving incidents reported by the Quality Lab or / and the users.
- Following a Quality Control Testing before launching a project to the UOC community in order to assure the proper operability of the UOC online learning environment.
- Devoting efforts to develop projects that contribute to the UOC online learning environment enhancement.
