- UOC Personas – identifying the profiles, the characteristics of each user group at UOC.
- Emotion Heuristics – developing a method to evaluate satisfaction objectively, by observing facials, gestures and oral expressions.

- User Lab – building the user lab to be able to execute hundreds of tests throughout the year (includes protocol, software, database management, etc.)
